These can be loaded with weight plates weighing up to 160 kg and with a gear ratio of 2:1, even experienced athletes will reach their limits. The landmine allows you to perform various exercises such as T-bar rows or landmine presses in combination with a barbell, and the pull-up bar provides the necessary variation for bodyweight training.

Thanks to the many expansion options, you can continuously try out new training methods with the Force USA Multi-Gym G1 All-In-One Trainer. Start with a barbell, bench and weights to perform basic exercises such as bench presses and squats on the rack. The extension set enables lat pulling and rowing on the cable pulls. With resistance bands you can add more exercises or strengthen or simplify the existing ones. You can also simply attach a sling trainer under the pull-up bar for even more variation in bodyweight training.
